Hello, my name is Charlotte and I'm a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with a passion for holistic women’s health. My work focuses on helping women feel better in their bodies, without fads, guilt, or restriction.

I discovered nutritional therapy after years of suffering from Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and PCOS. I’m pleased to say that with changes in diet and lifestyle, grounded in a holistic women’s health approach, I now live symptom-free and without medications.

In today's world, so many of us are struggling with our health, whether in a diagnosed condition or just not feeling our best day-to-day. I’ve seen firsthand how the right nutritional tools can transform well-being, especially when supporting holistic women’s health at its root.

Why Women’s Health Matters

Coming from a previous career as a head chef, I know how to create meals that are both nutritious and delicious. This has become a key part of how I support women’s health, through food that feels good, not forced.

I believe in a real-world approach. I love food, and I don’t subscribe to fads, extreme diets or cutting out everything you love. Life is about balance, and that’s the very essence of holistic women’s health support.
